What notifications does the app have?

The app delivers notifications silently to users’ lock screens each weekday (5 days per week). Currently notifications are only available to iOS users.

Notifications are in the form of a ‘Tip of the Day’. They are curated by professionals and put a spotlight on a range of topics covered in our full library of content. Tips are aimed at nudging users to think about their people interactions and be inspired to take action.

Notifications can be managed as per usual app management in settings. You can opt out of receiving notifications any time.
