In this Privacy Policy, references to "we", "us" and "our" are to People Spot.

We will review and may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website.

Clickstream data
When you visit our website, a record is made of your visit, including the following information:
your server address;
your top level domain name;
the date and time of access to the site;
pages accessed and documents downloaded;
the previous site visited; and

We analyse this non-identifiable website traffic data (including through the use of third party service providers) on an aggregated basis to improve our services and for statistical purposes.
No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet Service Provider's log files.
Security of your personal information
To protect personal information from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure:
our staff are trained in how to keep your information safe and secure;
we store your hard copy and electronic records in secure systems; and
we use trusted contracted service providers (including cloud storage providers).

How can I access or correct my personal information?
